Have you ever experienced a significant loss, whether it’s the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or a major life change? How did you handle it?

Did you take the time to grieve and process your emotions, or did you try to bury your pain and pretend everything was okay?

in life
there’s grief
a part we can’t evade
emotions deep within
in sorrow’s shade
to shun or hide
a path that’s often trod
yet facing grief
we find our way to God

suppression’s grip
the heart it may deform
anxiety
depression
in the storm
unresolved trauma
haunting through the night
grief’s journey beckons
to the healing light

allowing pain to flow
a crucial choice
sadness
anger
in grief’s tender voice
to work through these
find peace within the soul
acceptance
healing
making broken whole
