$100 for My Writings? Really?

But which one of us is actually paying?

The never-ending phone scams and suspicious emails! Every ring, email notification, or text message feels like a gamble.

A supposed courier company calls to ‘confirm’ my delivery address.

My defenses go up immediately. I try to stall for time and check my upcoming deliveries. But before I can do that, the voice on the other side snapped at me and hang up abruptly.

Automated calls claiming court warrants and criminal charges? Another red flag. The first time, I almost fell for it, nearly spilling personal information before realizing it was a scam. Now, I hang up immediately.

Apparently, ‘royalty and millionaires’ are just dying to shower me with riches. Bucketloads of them! Where would I even store all those buckets? I don’t even know what I’d do with all that money.

Who can blame me? Never having been rich before, this whole thing sounds like a massive hassle when all I want is some inner peace. So yeah, I have yet to reply to those emails yet.

The other day, a legitimate call from my bank got in the middle of this crossfire. There were a lot of frustration from both sides, they want to verify me, and I refused to give out any information until I can verify them.
